Expression of Ctr1AGD16726 under the control of Scer\GAL4pnr-MD237 leads to thoracic and abdominal hypopigmentation, and thoracic cleft when compared to controls.

Expression of Ctr1AGD16726 driven in the thoracic midline by Scer\GAL4pnr-MD237 results in hypo-pigmentation in the thorax and abdomen. Expression of Ctr1AGD16726 driven in the eye by Scer\GAL4GMR.PFa causes a smaller flattened eye with necrotic patches, compared to controls.

Expression of Ctr1AGD16726 driven by Scer\GAL4elav-C155 does not significantly affect larval lethality compared to controls.

Expression of Ctr1AGD16726 under the control of Scer\GAL4CCAP.PP does not cause any significant increase in the number of adults with unexpanded wings, as compared to controls.

Expression of Ctr1AGD16726 under the control of Scer\GAL4pnr-MD237 results in a hypopigmentation phenotype in the adult dorsal cuticle of the thorax and abdomen (in the domain of Scer\GAL4 expression), with the degree of hypopigmentation depending on the Ctr1AGD16726 line used.

Expression of Ctr1AGD16726 under the control of Scer\GAL4GMR.PFa results in a sunken eye phenotype, with a reduction in eye size, reduction in the number of ommatidia, folding of the normally smooth eye surface and occasional complete loss of ommatidia in some places.
