    Uba1UY3010/Uba1UY3010 or Uba1UY3010/Uba1s3484 flies are viable in combination with Scer\GAL4da.G32.

    Uba1UY3010/Uba1UY3010 or Uba1UY3010/Uba1s3484, in the absence of a GAL4 allele, results in complete lethality.
