The combination of Bap170G5986/+ with polybromo33.2/+ act as strong dominant enhancers of the penetrance of the e(y)34/Y bent-leg phenotype in male flies.

polybromo33.2/+ further reduces Bap170G5986 viability and enhances its leg malformation phenotype.

The frequency of posterior-to-anterior leg transformations is reduced in transheterozygous males when Pc1 or Pc3 is combined with both Bap170G5986/+ and polybromo33.2/+.
