Expression of Zip89BGD3013 under the control of Scer\GAL4GMR.PFa does not result in a mutant phenotype.

Expression of Zip89BGD3013 under the control of Scer\GAL4pnr-MD237 does not result in a mutant phenotype.

Expression via P{GAL4-tim.E}27 or P{cry-GAL4.Z}17 (in the presence of Dcr-2Scer\UAS.cDa) does not significantly affect circadian rhythmicity in locomotor activity assays in constant darkness.

Adults expressing Zip89BGD3013 under the control of the cardioblast-specific Scer\GAL4tin.CΔ4 driver show significantly reduced survival on day 6 after a shift to 29[o]C compared to control flies.

Adults expressing Zip89BGD3013 under the control of Scer\GAL4elav.PLu (in the presence of Dcr-2Scer\UAS.cDa to increase the efficiency of RNAi) do not show a significant defect in avoidance of noxious temperature (46[o]C) compared to control flies.

The morphological and pigmentation defects in the adult eye seen upon expression of ZnT86DScer\UAS.cDa under the control of Scer\GAL4GMR.long do not change upon co-expression of Zip89BGD3013 RNAi.

The morphological and pigmentation defects in the adult eye seen upon expression of ZnT86DScer\UAS.T:Avic\GFP-EGFP under the control of Scer\GAL4GMR.long do not change upon co-expression of Zip89BGD3013 RNAi.

The morphological and pigmentation defects in the adult eye seen upon expression of Zip71BScer\UAS.T:Zzzz\FLAG under the control of Scer\GAL4GMR.long do not change upon co-expression of Zip89BGD3013 RNAi.

The mutant eye phenotype seen in flies co-expressing both ZnT63CVDRC.cUa and Zip42C.1Scer\UAS.T:Avic\GFP-EGFP under the control of Scer\GAL4GMR.PFa is suppressed if the flies are also co-expressing Zip89BGD3013.

Co-expression of Zip89BGD3013 has no effect on the mutant thorax phenotype seen in flies co-expressing both ZnT63CVDRC.cUa and Zip42C.1Scer\UAS.T:Avic\GFP-EGFP under the control of Scer\GAL4pnr-MD237.
