Detailed Description
Statement
Reference

Expressing NiPp1UAS.EGFP under the control of either Scer\GAL4tim.UAS or Scer\GAL4Pdf.PU show lengthened circadian periods.

Expression of NiPp1Scer\UAS.T:Avic\GFP-EGFP in the eye disc, driven by Scer\GAL4GMR.PF, does not affect eye disc morphology but causes mistargeting of axons R2-R5 into the medulla and axonal breaks in the lamina.

Expression of NiPp1Scer\UAS.T:Avic\GFP-EGFP under the control of Scer\GAL4Bx-MS1096 results in a severe loss of wing tissue and the wings are severely crumpled. Wings of animals expressing NiPp1Scer\UAS.T:Avic\GFP-EGFP under the control of Scer\GAL4vg.PM resemble wild type.

The wing defects caused by expression of NiPp1Scer\UAS.T:Avic\GFP-EGFP under the control of Scer\GAL4Bx-MS1096 are almost completely suppressed by co-expression of one of Pp1-87BScer\UAS.T:Ivir\HA1, Pp1α-96AScer\UAS.T:Ivir\HA1, Pp1-13CScer\UAS.T:Ivir\HA1 or flwScer\UAS.T:Ivir\HA1. Flies expressing NiPp1Scer\UAS.T:Avic\GFP-EGFP under the control of Scer\GAL4vg.PM which are also carrying either Pp1-87B1 or Pp1-87B87Bg-6 have crumpled wings.
