The wing notching phenotype seen in ct^53d adults is enhanced in a dose dependent manner by CG6194^P0997. CG6194^P0997/CG6194^P0997 enhances the loss of wing margin seen in N^nd-3/Y flies. CG6194^P0997/CG6194^P0997 suppresses the loss of wing vein seen in N^Ax-1/Y flies. CG6194^P0997/CG6194^P0997 enhances wing vein thickenings and wing margin loss in dx¹/Y flies. The shortening of wing vein L5 seen in H^E31/+ flies is suppressed by CG6194^P0997/+. Ser^Bd-1 CG6194^P0997 double heterozygotes show notching of the wing. The wing vein thickenings of L2 and terminal deltas seen in Dl^X/+ flies is enhanced by CG6194^P0997/+. vg¹/+ CG6194^P0997/CG6194^P0997 flies show loss of wing margin tissue. The notching of the wing and wing vein thickening seen in sno^71e3/Y males is enhanced by CG6194^P0997/CG6194^P0997. The sno^71e3/Y rough eye phenotype is also enhanced.
