Contains 6kb of snRNP-U1-70K sequence upstream of the translation start site, then codons for residues 1-352. Codons for the 96-residue snRNP-U1-70K C-terminus have been replaced by those for residues 394-437 of the Hsap\SRSF1 C-terminus, followed by a Tag:FLAG tag.

      This transgene complements the recessive lethal snRNP70K02107. The addition of snRNP70K::Hsap\SFRS1T:Zzzz\FLAG to SxlMf1/Y males has no effect on the foreleg feminisation phenotype seen in those flies. The addition of snRNP70K::Hsap\SFRS1T:Zzzz\FLAG essentially has no deleterious effects on SxlM12/Y males.
