Weak allele.
Embryos derived from homozygous germline clones show defects dissimilar to those caused by defective tor signalling: anterior head skeleton and filzkorper are frequently absent, though segmentation is also severely disrupted.
lilli3E8 is an enhancer of eye photoreceptor cell phenotype of Raf12
lilli3E8 is a suppressor of embryonic/first instar larval cuticle | maternal effect phenotype of tor12D
lilli3E8 is a suppressor of photoreceptor cell R7 | increased number phenotype of rlD334N.hs.sev
lilli3E8 is a suppressor of eye phenotype of Raf::tor12D.hs.sev
Raf::tor12D.sev, lilli3E8 has photoreceptor cell R7 phenotype
Ras85DV12, lilli3E8 has photoreceptor cell R7 phenotype
lilli3E8, sevS11.Tag:MYC has photoreceptor cell R7 phenotype
The formation of multiple R7 cells in flies carrying rlD334N.hs.sev is suppressed in a lilli3E8 clone. The loss of photoreceptors seen in phl12/Y flies is further enhanced by the addition of lilli3E8 clones in the eye.
Dominantly suppresses the rough eye phenotype of phl::tor12D.hs.sev. Clones in a sevS11.T:Hsap\MYC or Ras85DV12 background reveal suppression of the extra, but not the endogenous, R7 cells.
