Eye colour: intermediate between wild type and w1. wAdh.PB males that are also mutant for mle4 show paler eye pigmentation with respect their mle4/+ sibs.

Homozygous males are darker than homozygous females. Triple X metafemale individuals homozygous for wAdh.PB exhibit a lighter eye colour than wAdh.PB homozygous XX females.
