Detailed Description

PBac{GH146-GAL4.B}-marked anterodorsal single cell clones in Snr101319 mutants display mistargeting to non-stereotyped glomeruli throughout the antennal lobe. PBac{GH146-GAL4.B}-marked neuroblast clones in Snr101319 mutants display phenotypes where dendrites make small, meandering projections throughout the antennal lobe and exhibit extremely perturbed cell morphology.

brm2 shows little if any interaction in double heterozygous combination with Snr101319; less than 3% of flies have held-out wings.

The formation of ectopic wing veins observed in adult flies expressing Marcal1Scer\UAS.cBa under the control of Scer\GAL4tub.PU is ameliorated by combination with a single copy of Snr101319.

Stage 16 Snr101319/+ ; akirinKG01343/+ double heterozygous embryos show disruption of the somatic muscle pattern (45% of embryos have missing, misattached or duplicated muscles in at least 2 hemisegments).

Suppresses the CycEJP rough eye phenotype.

The addition of Snr101319 enhances the eye size phenotype seen in osaScer\UAS.cCa/Scer\GAL4ey.PH flies.

Mobilisation of the P{PZ} insertion demonstrates the insertion is responsible for the lethal phenotype.
