The 'Associated Files' spreadsheet for this personal communication contains genomic location data for previously unmapped P-element insertions from the Bloomington Drosophila Stock Center which were sequenced in 2009 as part of the Gene Disruption Project.
The data includes the genomic position and orientation of the insertion, accession numbers of flanking sequences, any genes where the insertion is within the annotated transcription unit, and 'upstream' genes for which the 5’ end of the annotated transcription unit is within 500 bp of the insertion site.
