Amnioserosa cells of Frl59 mutant embryos are bigger and show larger perimeter compare to controls.

Frl59 embryos exhibit dorsal closure phenotypes, such as decreased zipping speed, puckering of the dorsal epidermis, a malformed canthus, disintegration of the Amnioserosa, and increased ration of dorsal hole length/width; some embryos also arrests at this stage.
