Expression of kermitScer\UAS.cLa under the control of Scer\GAL4Bx-MS1096 results in a strong planar cell polarity phenotype in the wing, including hair swirling and multiple hairs.

Co-expression of GαoScer\UAS.cKa enhances the wing defects caused by expressing kermitScer\UAS.cLa under the control of Scer\GAL4Bx-MS1096, significantly increasing the number of cells producing multiple hairs and producing severe reorientation of hairs in some wing regions. The wing cells often produce 3 hairs in the double mutant wings.

Co-expression of GαoGD8640 has no effect on the wing defects caused by expressing kermitScer\UAS.cLa under the control of Scer\GAL4Bx-MS1096.

fz15/fz21 enhances the wing defects caused by expressing kermitScer\UAS.cLa under the control of Scer\GAL4Bx-MS1096, with a significant increase in the number of wing cells with multiple hairs.

Co-expression of VangGD1889 partially suppresses the multiple wing hair phenotype caused by expression of kermitScer\UAS.cLa under the control of Scer\GAL4Bx-MS1096.

Vangstbm-6/+ does not affect the multiple wing hair phenotype caused by expression of kermitScer\UAS.cLa under the control of Scer\GAL4Bx-MS1096.

jar322/+ partially suppresses the multiple wing hair phenotype caused by expression of kermitScer\UAS.cLa under the control of Scer\GAL4Bx-MS1096.

Co-expression of jarGD4044 completely suppresses the multiple wing hair phenotype caused by expression of kermitScer\UAS.cLa under the control of Scer\GAL4Bx-MS1096.

Co-expression of KhcGD12278 enhances the multiple wing hair phenotype caused by expression of kermitScer\UAS.cLa under the control of Scer\GAL4Bx-MS1096.

The presence of either Dhc64C4-19/+ or Khc8/+ enhances the multiple wing hair phenotype caused by expression of kermitScer\UAS.cLa under the control of Scer\GAL4Bx-MS1096.
