Larval macrophages expressing Rab5UASp.YFP under the control of Scer\GAL4Hml.Δ exhibit increased number of large intracellular vesicles.

The expression of Rab5Scer\UAS.P\T.T:Avic\GFP-YFP under the control of Scer\GAL4ap-md544 has no obvious effect on the adult wing morphology, as compared to control.

Expression of Rab5Scer\UAS.P\T.T:Avic\GFP-YFP under the control of Scer\GAL4Appl.G1a does not impair axonal transport in the segmental nerves in third instar larvae.

Expression via Scer\GAL4pnr-MD237 results in flies with a wild type notum.

Epithelial defects are seen in the egg chambers of females expressing Rab5Scer\UAS.P\T.T:Avic\GFP-YFP under the control of Scer\GAL455B; 11% show cell swelling and 5% show piling up or loose cells.
