Expression of TrnGD33 driven by Scer\GAL4GMR.PF results in occasional ommatidial fusion in the dorsal-anterior region of the adult eye.

Expression via "HHLT-gal4" or Scer\GAL4Hml.Δ or Scer\GAL4dome-PG14 results in loss of progenitor cells in the primary lobes of the larval lymph gland. ("HHLT-gal4" is a combination of Scer\GAL4HCH.Hand and Scer\GAL4Hml.Δ that express in early lymph gland blood cells (hemocytes) and circulating and sessile blood cells, respectively, and incorporates Scer\GAL4Scer\FRT.Rnor\CD2.Act5C to maintain expression in the lymph gland after Scer\GAL4HCH.Hand is down-regulated.)

Expression under the control of Scer\GAL41407 results in shorter neuroblast lineages (less daughter cells per neuroblast) in the larval brain compared to controls.

Expression under the control of Scer\GAL41407 may result in mild defects in the shape of ganglion mother cells in the larval brain (depending on the insertion line used).

Expression under the control of Scer\GAL41407 may result in mild defects in the shape of neuroblasts in the larval brain (depending on the insertion line used).

Depending on the insertion line used, expression under the control of Scer\GAL4Mef2.PR can result in early pupal lethality or late pupal lethality.

Expression under the control of Scer\GAL4pnr-MD237 results in lethality or semi-lethality at the pupal stage, depending on the insertion line used.

Expression under the control of Scer\GAL4pnr-MD237 results in the absence of 90-100% of the Scer\GAL4pnr-MD237-expressing area of the notum.

Co-expression of TrnGD33 enhances the severe eye defects resulting from expression of either Hsap\FUSScer\UAS.cJa.T:Ivir\HA1 or Hsap\FUSP525L.Scer\UAS.cJa.T:Ivir\HA1 driven by Scer\GAL4GMR.PF, as evident from the appearance of black lesions; it also enhances the modest eye defects resulting from the expression of Hsap\FUSR495X.Scer\UAS.T:Ivir\HA1 driven by Scer\GAL4GMR.PF.

The co-expression of Hsap\TNPO1Scer\UAS.cJa strongly ameliorates the severe eye defects resulting from the combined expression of Hsap\FUSScer\UAS.cJa.T:Ivir\HA1 and TrnGD33, driven by Scer\GAL4GMR.PF, as compared to the expression of a control UAS-regulated transgene.
