SF2GD12097 co-expression, however, is not able to suppress the severe rough eye phenotype or the decreased adult locomotor activity induced by the expression of either Zzzz\poly-GRPO-36.Scer\UAS or Zzzz\poly-PRPO-36.Scer\UASunder the control of Scer\GAL4GMR.PF and Scer\GAL4da.G32, respectively.
SF2GD12097 reduces the extent of the rough eye phenotype when co-expressed with a strongly expressing Hsap\TARDBPUAS.cPa line under the control of Scer\GAL4GMR.PU.
