Detailed Description

Reference

Heterozygous pupal wings can have more or less than the wild type number (four) of neuronal cell bodies along the third wing vein and they may be spaced incorrectly.

Heterozygous adults show a very mild rough eye phenotype that is not highly penetrant.

At 18oC, 10% of heterozygous flies have bumps on the wing, at 23oC, the penetrance of the phenotype is 6%, while at 27oC, 92% display these bumps on the wing.
