Detailed Description

rntod/rnGAL4-5 mutants exhibit Or67a-expressing olfactory receptor neuron loss in the trichoid subtype at1 sensilla. The DA1 glomerulus targeted by these receptor neurons in the antennal lobe is missing.

rntot/rnGAL4-5 mutants exhibit Or67a-expressing olfactory receptor neuron loss in the trichoid subtype at1 sensilla. The DA1 glomerulus targeted by these receptor neurons in the antennal lobe is missing.

Mutants show a "rn" phenotype but not a "roe" phenotype. The sex comb is present and appears normal in rnGAL4-5/Df(3R)rn20 males. The claw is normal. The tarsi are fused into 2 to 3 tarsal-like segments.
