Description

GMR regulatory sequences drive expression of a chimeric protein consisting of Lar amino acid residues 33-1406, an SL dipeptide (which does not interfere with Lar or Ptp69D function) and Ptp69D amino acid residues 831-1462. The protein is tagged with Tag:SS(wg) and three copies of the Tag:HA at the N-terminus.

      Lar::Ptp69DLP.GMR.T:wg,T:Ivir\HA1 rescues the R7 targeting defects of mosaic animals in which the retina is homozygous for LarC219. The targeting defects of Ptp69DD1689 R7 axons are rescued by Lar::Ptp69DLP.GMR.T:wg,T:Ivir\HA1.
