Scer\GAL4dpp.blk1-mediated expression of fz22-2-2.Scer\UAS.T:Hsap\MYC induces ectopic wing margin bristles.

Expression of fz22-2-2.Scer\UAS.T:Hsap\MYC under the control of Scer\GAL4dpp.blk1 at 18oC induces a small number of ectopic wing margin bristles, while expression at 25oC induces many ectopic bristles.

Co-expression of WnkKK102654 suppresses the lethality of Scer\GAL4en.PU fz22-2-2.Scer\UAS.T:Hsap\MYC. Wings of surviving animals show partial loss of wing margin and lack margin bristles.

Co-expression of WnkScer\UAS.T:Ivir\HA1 increases the number of ectopic margin bristles seen in Scer\GAL4dpp.blk1 fz22-2-2.Scer\UAS.T:Hsap\MYC wings.
