Detailed Description
Statement
Reference

tub4/tubR5.6 females produce embryos that are either moderately or strongly dorsalised.

Stronger dorsalising phenotype is seen at 18oC than 29oC. Transheterozygotes with tub4 are moderately dorsalised, the phenotype of tub2 Tl3t/tub1 is unchanged from the transheterozygote.

Homozygous pupae develop filzkorper and some ventral denticles.
