The RMCE cassette of the Mi{MIC}LarMI03443 insertion has been replaced with a Trojan-Gal4 cassette.
LarMI03443-TG4.1 heterozygous third instar larvae do not display any defects in the dendritic arbor of class IV dendritic arborizing neurons but LarCRISPR.3/LarMI03443-TG4.1 transheterozygotes show very mild decrease in total dendrite density (but not in terminal dendrite density or numbers).
LarCRISPR.3/LarMI03443-TG4.1 has abnormal neuroanatomy | third instar larval stage phenotype, enhanceable by Ptp69DJF03399/Scer\GAL4Lar-MI03443-TG4.1
LarCRISPR.3/LarMI03443-TG4.1 has larval multidendritic class IV neuron | third instar larval stage phenotype, enhanceable by Ptp69DJF03399/Scer\GAL4Lar-MI03443-TG4.1
LarCRISPR.3/LarMI03443-TG4.1 has dendritic tree | third instar larval stage phenotype, enhanceable by Ptp69DJF03399/Scer\GAL4Lar-MI03443-TG4.1
Third instar larvae heterozygous for LarMI03443-TG4.1 and also expressing Ptp69DJF03399 under the Scer\GAL4Lar-MI03443-TG4.1 driver (which is inherent to the LarMI03443-TG4.1 allele) display strong reduction in the total and terminal dendrite density as well as terminal dendrite numbers in class IV dendritic arborizing neurons relative to controls, this phenotype is not further worsened by combination with LarCRISPR.3.
