Single-cell MARCM somatic clones of DL1 projection neurons expressing TBCDScer\UAS.cOa under the control of Scer\GAL4GH146 do not display obvious phenotypes either in dendrites or axons.
Scer\GAL4GH146/TbcdUAS.cOa is an enhancer | somatic clone of abnormal neuroanatomy | adult stage | somatic clone phenotype of Stripdogi
Scer\GAL4GH146/TbcdUAS.cOa is an enhancer | somatic clone of adult antennal lobe projection neuron DL1 adPN | somatic clone phenotype of Stripdogi
Scer\GAL4GH146/TbcdUAS.cOa is an enhancer | somatic clone of axon | adult stage | somatic clone phenotype of Stripdogi
Scer\GAL4GH146/TbcdUAS.cOa is an enhancer | somatic clone of dendrite | adult stage | somatic clone phenotype of Stripdogi
Scer\GAL4GH146/TbcdUAS.cOa is an enhancer | somatic clone of mushroom body | adult stage phenotype of Stripdogi
Scer\GAL4GH146/TbcdUAS.cOa is an enhancer | somatic clone of adult lateral horn | adult stage phenotype of Stripdogi
The dendrite branching and axon elongation phenotypes observed in single-cell MARCM somatic clones of Stripdogi homozygous mutant DL1 projection neurons are significantly enhanced by expression of TBCDScer\UAS.cOa in the clones under the control of the Scer\GAL4GH146 driver. Some such neurons show the 'extremely short axon' phenotype.: the axon does not exit the antennal lobe at all.
Expression of TBCDScer\UAS.cOa under the control of Scer\GAL4GH146 rescues the defects seen in TBCD1 mutant DL1 projection neuron clones.
