UASp regulatory sequences drive expression of full length slpr in which the kinase domain has been replaced with the kinase domain from Tak1. The chimeric protein consists of amino acids 1-128 of slpr, followed by amino acids 19-271 of Tak1 and 383-1148 of slpr. The construct is tagged at the C-terminal end with two copies of Tag:HA.
