Detailed Description
Statement
Reference

MarfG/MarfG fat body clones have fragmented, swollen mitochondria that lose most of their cristae.

Homozygotes die as third instar larvae after an extended larval period of 18-21 days.

Homozygous clones in the eye result in electroretinogram defects, including a reduction in amplitude.
