The expression of SlmapGD3550 under the control of Scer\GAL4Mef2.PR leads to complete indirect flight muscle atrophy during pupal development (after 32h APF); fibers are longer than in controls and fail to compact at 32h APF.

Expressing SlmapGD3550 under the control of Scer\GAL4C587 (together with Dicer-2, for a more efficient RNAi) does not induce any obvious L3 spermatogenesis defects.

Expression of SlmapGD3550 under the control of Scer\GAL4en.PU results in reduced size of the posterior compartment of adult wings.

Expression under the control of Scer\GAL4Mef2.PR results in missing adult indirect flight muscles.

Expression under the control of Scer\GAL4Mef2.PR results in degenerate myofibrils in the adult indirect flight muscles.

Expression under the control of Scer\GAL4Mef2.PR results in missing sarcomeres in the adult indirect flight muscles.

Expression under the control of Scer\GAL4pnr-MD237 results in planar polarity defects in the orientation of bristles of the notum in 0% or 10-20% of the Scer\GAL4pnr-MD237 expression domain, depending on the insertion line used.

Expression under the control of Scer\GAL4pnr-MD237 results in the absence of 0% or 90-100% of the Scer\GAL4pnr-MD237-expressing area of the notum, depending on the insertion line used.

Expression under the control of Scer\GAL4pnr-MD237 may result in mild thorax closure defects, depending on the insertion line used.
