Expression of domHMS00142 in C-I neurons under the control of Scer\GAL4221 results in ddaD neurons that have an increased number of dendritic branches compared to controls. The total dendritic length is increased in ddaD neurons.
Expression of domHMS00142 in C-IV neurons under the control of Scer\GAL4ppk.1.9 results in a reduction in total dendritic length in ddaC, v'ada and vdaB neurons. The total number of dendritic branches is also reduced in ddaC neurons.
