Expressing Nurf-38GL00369 under the control of Scer\GAL4ppl.PU does not significantly affect lipid droplet size in the larval fat body, as compared to controls.

Expression of Nurf-38GL00369 results in: ectopic veins, disrupted posterior wing edge and blisters (with Scer\GAL4en.PU, no phenotype at 18[o]C), increased pupal lethality or strong eye phenotype (with Scer\GAL4ey.PH). Expression driven by Scer\GAL4Act5C.PI is lethal; no overt adult phenotype is observed with either Scer\GAL4GMR.PF or Scer\GAL4nub.PK.
