ScerGAL4Ir25a.PA drives expression in many larval anterior chemosensory organs, including the terminal organ ganglion (TOG), ventral organ ganglion (VOG), dorsal organ ganglion (DOG), dorsopharyngeal organ (DPO), hypopharyngeal organ (posterior pharyngeal sensilla, PPS), epiphysis (dorsal pharyngeal sensilla, DPS), and hypophysis (ventral pharyngeal sensilla, VPS).

ScerGAL4Ir25a.PA drives expression in the gustatory receptor neurons of the labellum that overlaps extensively with that of Ir25a, and with gustatory receptor neurons in the leg that are positive for ScerGAL4Ir76b.1.5.

This GAL4 line drives expression in hygrosensitive neurons in the second chamber of the sacculus.

Expression is observed in multiple gustatory receptor neurons per sensillum. In the tarsal sensilla, expression largely overlaps and includes sweet and bitter gustatory receptor neurons. Expression also occurs in multiple neurons per sensillum in the labial palps.

Drives expression in a subset of bitter-sensing, hygrosensory, and cold-sensing thermosensory neurons in the labellum, legs, arista, sacculus, antenna, labrum, and larval head sensory organs

ScerGAL4Ir25a.PA drives expression in thermosensory neurons of the arista, and in hygrosensory neurons in sacculus chambers I, II and III.

ScerGAL4Ir25a.PA drives expression in a subset of neurons of the femoral chordotonal organs and Johnston organ. These neurons coexpress NcraQFnompC.PP.

ScerGAL4Ir25a.PA is expressed in the neurons that innervate the antennal coeloconic sensillum ac1-a4, basiconic and blunt-tipped sensillum of sacculus, aristal sensillum and in a subset of antennal lobe glomeruli.
