Flies expressing DLPEY09290 under the control of Scer\GAL4elav.PU are more sensitive to treatment with hydrogen peroxide than controls.

Expression of DLPEY09290 under the control of Scer\GAL4Bx-MS1096 results in a reduction in wing size, in a dose-sensitive manner. High levels of apoptosis are seen in the wing discs in these animals.

Expression of DLPEY09290 driven by Scer\GAL4Act5C.PI results in lethality.
