Haemocytes expressing RV12.cHa.Scer\UAS under the control of Scer\GAL4srp.Hemo form large, tightly associated masses of cells.

Flies expressing RV12.cHa.Scer\UAS under the control of Scer\GAL4GMR.PF have a rough eye phenotype.

Hemocyte clustering observed in embryos expressing RV12.cHa.Scer\UAS under the control of Scer\GAL4srp.Hemo is abolished in the presence of RhoL10-161.

Co-expression of RV12.cHa.Scer\UAS and RalaS25N.cMa.Scer\UAS under the control of Scer\GAL4sca.PU results in a 10-13% survival rate. In all surviving flies, a wild-type pattern of macrochaeta and microchaeta bristles is restored on the thorax.

Co-expression of RalaS25N.cMa.Scer\UAS partially suppresses the rough eye phenotype caused by expression of RV12.cHa.Scer\UAS under the control of Scer\GAL4GMR.PF.

The rough eye phenotype caused by expression of RV12.cHa.Scer\UAS under the control of Scer\GAL4GMR.PF is partially suppressed in Rglunspecified homozygotes.

Co-expression of Rgl1FL.Scer\UAS enhances the rough eye phenotype caused by expression of RV12.cHa.Scer\UAS under the control of Scer\GAL4GMR.PF.

Comments

Co-expression of RV12.cHa.Scer\UAS rescues the lethality caused by expression of RS17A.Scer\UAS under the control of Scer\GAL4GMR.PF, and the rescued flies have normal sized eyes.
