Expression of MycJF01761 RNAi under the control of Scer\GAL4ap.PU does not increase levels of cell death (detected by Casp3 antibody staining) in third instar larval wing discs compared to controls.

Expression of MycJF01761 in the fat body under the control of Scer\GAL4DcG results in significant hyperglycaemia.

Expression of MycJF01761 in muscle under the control of Scer\GAL4Mef2.PU results in significant hyperglycaemia.

Expression of MycJF01761 under the control of Scer\GAL4bs-1348 results in the truncation of terminal branches in the dorsal and lateral G branches of the larval trachea.

Larval fat body cell clones expressing dmJF01761 display fewer digesting autolysosomes than do wild-type cells.

Fat body cell clones expressing dmJF01761 in well-fed larvae show cell-autonomous impairment of autophagy.

The Malpighian tubules deformities characteristic for BicC5 homozygous mutant adults are partially rescued by expression of MycJF01761 under the combined control of Scer\GAL4c42 and Scer\GAL4tsh-c724 drivers: the incidence of cysts is significantly reduced in the terminal and in the proximal tubule, the tubular swelling and the irregular distribution of cell nuclei is also reduced compared to controls.

The increased level of cell death (detected by Casp3 antibody staining) observed in wing discs of third instar larvae expressing REGKK102083 RNAi under the control of Scer\GAL4ap.PU is partially suppressed by co-expression of MycJF01761 RNAi.
