Most animals expressing Rac2Scer\UAS.cARa under the control of Scer\GAL4srp.D.cCa do not hatch at 20 or 25[o]C. Adult expressing Rac2Scer\UAS.cARa under the control of Scer\GAL4srp.D.cCa which are raised at 17[o]C and then transferred to 25[o]C show increased sensitivity to P.aeruginosa following septic or oral infections compared to control flies.

Animals expressing Rac2Scer\UAS.cARa under the control of Scer\GAL4da.G32 show increased sensitivity to P.aeruginosa following oral infection compared to control flies.

Flies expressing Rac2Scer\UAS.cARa under the control of Scer\GAL4GMR.PF have reduced, glossy, rough eyes.

The most posterior part of the wing is mis-shaped in flies expressing Rac2Scer\UAS.cARa under the control of Scer\GAL4en-e16E.
