Description

The P{UASp-Stat92E.3HA} transgene has a point mutation which results in an Ala substitution of Ser at position 8. This does not affect the function of the protein produced as it can rescue Stat92E loss of function phenotypes.

UASp regulatory sequences drive expression of Stat92E, which is tagged with three copies of the Tag:HA epitope.
