The climbing ability deficit observed both in the TBPH hypomorphic flies (TBPHΔ23/+;Scer\GAL4elav.PU>TBPHdsRNA.Scer\UAS.cUa, UAS-Dicer2) and flies expressing hephGD10126 (also with UAS-Dicer2 and under Scer\GAL4elav.PU control) is much enhanced when the two mutants are combined.
