The rotated abdomen phenotype of rtP/rt2 flies is not affected by tw RNAi. The RNAi is achieved by expression of twdsRNA.Scer\UAS under the control of Scer\GAL4Act5C.PI. However, expression of twdsRNA.Scer\UAS, driven by Scer\GAL4Act5C.PI ot Scer\GAL4αTub84B.PL, reduces the rotated abdomen phenotype of rtP/+ flies.
