frtz30;fz1 double mutant adults as well as frtz30 mutants expressing dsHMS00759 under the control of the Scer\GAL4ptc.PU driver display hair polarity defects in abdominal bristles that are similarly severe as in frtz30 single mutants. Similarly, the frtz30/inIH56 double mutants show abdominal bristle phenotype that is comparable to each of the single mutants.
