S2 cells expressing thScer\UAS.T:Hsap\MYC under the control of Scer\GAL4Act5C.PI show an increased likelihood to have a serrate or stellate morphology, instead of the typical round morphology.

Expression of thScer\UAS.T:Hsap\MYC under the control of Scer\GAL4ap-md544 does not lead to an increase in the number of apoptotic cells observed in eye/antennal discs.
