      Pdpe02351 mutant larvae raised at 25[o]C show a strong temperature preference that peaks at 23.1[o]C on a linear thermal gradient ranging from 12[0] to 35[o]C, in contrast to wild-type larvae which have a temperature preference peak of 21.5[o]C in this assay.

This preferred temperature is significantly different from that of either single mutant, which is 17.9[o]C for Dgatu larvae and 23.1[o]C for Pdpe02351 larvae.
