Flies expressing Pomt2dsRNA.Scer\UAS under the control of Scer\GAL4Act5C.PHb at 18oC have no aberrant phenotype.

At 18oC, flies expressing Pomt2dsRNA.Scer\UAS under the control of Scer\GAL4Act5C.PHb in a rtP/+ background show a clear twisted abdomen phenotype, in contrast to either single mutant (rtP/+ or flies expressing Pomt2dsRNA.Scer\UAS under the control of Scer\GAL4Act5C.PHb at 18oC in a wild-type background). Animals expressing both Pomt2dsRNA.Scer\UAS and rtdsRNA.Scer\UAS under the control of Scer\GAL4Act5C.PHb show complete lethality.
