Expression of MoeScer\UAS.T:Hsap\MYC under the control of Scer\GAL4Bx-MS1096 has no effect on wing morphology.

Animals expressing MoeScer\UAS.T:Hsap\MYC in the trachea under the control of Scer\GAL4btl.PS show wildtype dorsal trunk extension.

Animals expressing MoeScer\UAS.T:Hsap\MYC in the salivary gland under the control of Scer\GAL4fkh.PH show a partially-penetrant salivary gland migration defect.

Ommatidia in flies expressing MoeScer\UAS.T:Hsap\MYC (under the control of Scer\GAL4ninaE.PD) are indistinguishable from wild-type controls and present a well organised ommatidium after 7 days illumination.
