Expression of commScer\UAS.T:Hsap\MYC under the control of Scer\GAL4btl.PS results in failure of the 10 dorsal branches of the tracheal system to establish a dorsal anastomosis at the midline.

Expression of commScer\UAS.T:Hsap\MYC under the control of Scer\GAL4ap-md544 enables the ipsilateral ap neurons to extend across the midline in most segments of the stage 16 embryo.

Expression of commScer\UAS.T:Hsap\MYC under the control of Scer\GAL4elav.PLu results in a severe aberrant midline crossing in the stage 16 embryo, with ectopic crossing of FasII neurons in almost every segment.

Expression of SdcRESC.Scer\UAS does not enhance the dorsal branch fusion phenotype seen when commScer\UAS.T:Hsap\MYC is expressed under the control of Scer\GAL4btl.PS in the tracheal system of third instar larvae.

Expression of SdcdsRNA.Scer\UAS.cSa partially suppresses the dorsal branch fusion phenotype seen when commScer\UAS.T:Hsap\MYC is expressed under the control of Scer\GAL4btl.PS.

When fra::roboSD.Scer\UAS.T:SV5\V5,T:Zzzz\His6,T:Ivir\HA1,T:SS-wg and commScer\UAS.T:Hsap\MYC are co-expressed under the control of Scer\GAL4insc-Mz1407 the axons collapse into the midline.

When roboScer\UAS.T:SV5\V5,T:Zzzz\His6,T:Ivir\HA1,T:SS-wg and commScer\UAS.T:Hsap\MYC are co-expressed under the control of Scer\GAL4insc-Mz1407 the axons collapse into the midline.

When fraScer\UAS.T:Ivir\HA1.cGa and commScer\UAS.T:Hsap\MYC are co-expressed under the control of Scer\GAL4insc-Mz1407 the axons collapse into the midline.

Expression of Nedd4Scer\UAS.T:Hsap\MYC does not enhance the aberrant midline crossing phenotype seen when commScer\UAS.T:Hsap\MYC is expressed under the control of Scer\GAL4elav.PLu in stage 16 embryos.

Expression of Nedd4CA.Scer\UAS.T:Hsap\MYC does not suppress the aberrant midline crossing phenotype seen when commScer\UAS.T:Hsap\MYC is expressed under the control of Scer\GAL4elav.PLu in stage 16 embryos.

Expression of commScer\UAS.T:Hsap\MYC in the poxn neurons under the control of Scer\GAL4Poxn.14 partially rescues the midline crossing defects seen in comm072 stage 16 embryos. At least one midline crossing occurs correctly in 67% of the segments.

Expression of commScer\UAS.T:Hsap\MYC in the poxn neurons under the control of Scer\GAL4Poxn.14, with expression of comm in the midline using commsli.T:Hsap\MYC, partially rescues the midline crossing defects seen in comm072 stage 16 embryos.

Expression of commScer\UAS.T:Hsap\MYC in the poxn neurons under the control of Scer\GAL4Poxn.14, with expression of comm in the midline using commsim.T:Hsap\MYC, partially rescues the midline crossing defects seen in comm072 stage 16 embryos.
