Expression of Nedd4CA.Scer\UAS.T:Hsap\MYC under the control of Scer\GAL4dpp.blk1 at 29oC has little effect on the legs, but gaps in the wing veins are seen.

Over-expression of Nedd4CA.Scer\UAS.T:Hsap\MYC in all neurons has no effect on axon outgrowth.

Expression of Nedd4CA.Scer\UAS.T:Hsap\MYC does not suppress the aberrant midline crossing phenotype seen when commScer\UAS.T:Hsap\MYC is expressed under the control of Scer\GAL4elav.PLu in stage 16 embryos.

Co-expression of Nedd4CA.Scer\UAS.T:Hsap\MYC rescues the leg, wing margin and wing vein phenotypes produced by expression of Su(dx)Scer\UAS.cCa under the control of Scer\GAL4dpp.blk1 and only a small amount of extra wing vein is still present in the rescued flies. The ectopic wing phenotype caused by expression of NScer\UAS.cMa under the control of Scer\GAL4ptc-559.1 at 25oC is enhanced by co-expression of Nedd4CA.Scer\UAS.T:Hsap\MYC.
