Expression of Nedd4Scer\UAS.T:Hsap\MYC under the control of Scer\GAL4elav.PU does not affect climbing ability or lifespan.

Expression of Nedd4Scer\UAS.T:Hsap\MYC under the control of Scer\GAL4elav.PLu does not produce ectopic midline crossing.

Expression of Nedd4Scer\UAS.T:Hsap\MYC under the control of Scer\GAL4ptc-559.1 results in notching of the wing.

Over-expression of Nedd4 in all neurons has no effect on axon outgrowth.
