      Suppresses the mitotic defects seen in cdc2B47/cdc2E1-24 larvae at the restrictive temperature when expressed under the control of Scer\GAL4P127. Expression of both CycAScer\UAS.cHa and Xlae\cdc2Scer\UAS.cHa in the salivary glands under the control of Scer\GAL4l(1)BP-1 strongly inhibits endoreplication.
