Expression of Cele\ced-4 cDNA is regulated by GMR promoter.
Cele\ced-4GMR.PK results in a dosage dependent eye degeneration phenotype.
Eyes show roughened morphology and reduced size. Pigment cells as well as photoreceptors are affected. Excessive cell death underlies the phenotype.
