The wings of DoaRemγA/DoaE777 mutant flies have missing bristles along the anterior margin.
The L5 wing vein in DoaRemγA/DoaDem mutant flies fails to attach to the anterior wing margin. Spurs are also seen in the posterior crossvein.
In DoaRemγA/Doaγ3A mutants where the DoaRemγA allele is from the mother the flies have rough eyes, missing dorso-central of scutellar bristles, slightly curly wings that are slightly translucent with small ectopic veins, generally posterior to wing vein L2, and disorganisation of the vaginal bristles. When the Doaγ3A allele comes from the mother there are no survivors.
In DoaRemγA/Doaγ3C mutants where the DoaRemγA allele is from the mother the flies have rough eyes, fragile wings with little black spots (necrosis?) and disorganisation of the vaginal bristles. When the Doaγ3C allele comes from the mother there are no survivors.
Transheterozygotes with Df(3R)3450 have rough eyes and duplicated scutellar bristles.
