      Females carrying msl-2Hsp83.PK which survive to adulthood show a delay in eclosion. This developmental delay is unaffected if the females are also carrying msl-1+tFL. msl-1γ269/+ females carrying msl-2Hsp83.PK and msl-1+tFL often have a scalloped wing phenotype.
