Detailed Description
Statement
Reference

Rpd33-10 homozygous and Rpd35-5/Rpd33-10 transheterozygous mutants fail to survive beyond the end of the second larval instar stage.

Rpd33-10 wing disc clones are significantly smaller than their wild-type twinspots. A subset of the cells in the clone stain with apoptotic markers, indicating some degree of apoptotic induction.

Rpd3X5/Rpd33-10 mutant larvae survive until the pupal stage. Wing discs are dramatically reduced in size compared to wild-type. This reduction in size appears to be due to a proliferation defect.

Heterozygosity for Rpd35-5 significantly suppresses In(1)wm4 eye colour variegation.

Hdac36C/Rpd33-10 double mutants show complete suppression of In(1)wm4 eye colour variegation.

ttkrM730 Rpd33-10 double mutants have ectopic sensory bristles on the wing veins.
