Description

The P{w+(FRT.attP.1360)} element contains (3' to 5'): an attP site, an FRT site, a copy of the 1360 transposable element, a second attP site, a second FRT site, the w+mW.hs marker. The two FRT sites are in direct orientation with respect to each other. The attP sites are in inverted orientation.
